Great leaders are fully conscious of the effects of their words and actions on others. Great leaders come from a place where they are completely free to choose how to react to work situations and create outstanding organizational balance.

Filled with mental exercise and experiential learning, this speech helps you answer the basic question, “To what degree do you as a leader adjust your ego to meet the needs of others or how far do you push situations and people to conform to the needs of your ego.” The objective of this presentation is to help participants consciously find the delicate balance between being task driven and people oriented.

Our human nature tends to think short term and seeks immediate satisfaction, often forgetting about the long term consequences of our actions. . Only through changing ourselves from the inside out, and global awareness of the corporate objectives and long term thinking that goes beyond ourselves can leaders make the choices that need to be made to achieve conscious results. Every leader is always making choices. A thorough review of these results from an in depth examination of 9 faces of Ego Librium ™ (non-judgmental vs. judgmental, non-defensive vs. defensive, relinquishing control vs. controlling, etc) will help the audience decide for themselves what steps they need to take individually in order to achieve a higher level of conscious balanced leadership.

Take-aways: This experiential speech helps participants understand the power that each person has every time we make a decision to think outside of our “self.” Real leadership happens every time we anticipate the needs of others and the effects of our words and actions.

Leading outside of our “personal perceptions” requires constantly “reframing” how you see and perceive day to day operations and activities, and necessitates consciously seeing the opportunities for balancing the interconnectedness between you and your organization.
